Architecture

Our Profile

HOKI is an architecture office based in Zürich with projects throughout Switzerland. We develop architecture through the interaction of space, structure and landscape. As a Zürich architecture office, we work on residential buildings, industrial buildings and public projects. Our work is based on clear spatial concepts, careful constructive order and a design approach guided by structural clarity and patterns found in nature.

Our design process is interdisciplinary and system oriented. Architecture, spatial structure and landscape are developed in parallel and form a coherent spatial framework for new construction, renovations and refurbishments. Model based planning and contemporary visualization methods create early spatial clarity and support well founded design decisions. We take responsibility for architectural planning as well as the coordination of the involved specialist disciplines.

Across all project phases we work with a clearly structured planning culture and precise coordination between all participants. This approach leads to architecture that is constructively reliable, spatially coherent and consistent from the first idea through to execution. HOKI stands for analytically developed, lasting architecture with a clear presence in Zürich and throughout Switzerland.
