We capture buildings and outdoor spaces using 3D laser scanning and translate the resulting point clouds into structured CAD drawings and BIM models. This process creates a precise digital representation of the existing condition as a foundation for architecture, landscape architecture, and construction planning.
In contrast to purely drawing based approaches, our work is grounded in measured data. Point clouds are registered, processed, and systematically analysed. From this, we derive floor plans, sections, and elevations, or develop consistent BIM models for use across all SIA phases.
This method reduces uncertainty in existing conditions and provides a reliable data foundation for refurbishment, renovation, and further development. Planning steps can be coordinated efficiently and aligned with clarity.
